You remember a time when it felt easier for your child to laugh and be care-free, but those days feel like a distant memory. Do you wish you had the tools and support to change that?
You’ve come to the right place.
I’m Abby, and I help children and teens just like yours: ones that have it within them to navigate big emotions and love who they are, but just need the support to get there.
I help my clients find relief, confidence, and joy by equipping them with the tools they need to navigate overwhelming feelings and advocate for themselves.
It’s time to breathe easy again.

My style:
Many of today’s resources for children and teens are one-size-fits-all, leading many parents to feel helpless and ill-equipped, or like their child won’t be able to be a fully functioning adult one day if the resources don’t help. I know that your child is unique, so every step we take is tailored to them.
It’s always been really easy for me to connect with kids and enter their world. Children tend to be reserved in talking about their big feelings and what’s going on at first. I’m great at helping them feel safe, and express their emotions and needs. And, in the midst of our work together, your child will be equipped with the tools and confidence they need to thrive throughout their development.
My experience:
My training in play therapy and human development means I have the expertise your child or teen needs and deserves when navigating significant life events and working towards emotional wellness. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be a child or teen struggling with overwhelming feelings and big changes, right?
I get it because I am a highly sensitive person who experienced big feelings as a child and adolescent and needed support. And, because of that, I have devoted my career to working with children and adolescents. I know that they experience a complicated mix of wanting help, wanting to be alone, inviting people in, shutting people out, but aren’t sure how to communicate any of those things and may not know what they really need. So, when I work with your child, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who is passionate about journeying with children and teens through all the twists and turns of growing up.
